The house was completely gutted in the last ten years and given a new floor plan, so that today it presents itself as a very beautiful, bright and modern domicile. It can be used both as a permanent residence and as a holiday home and impresses with its wonderful views of the Atlantic and an old gofio mill and parts of the town of Santo Domingo. Heat pump air conditioning units with heating function are installed in the living room and bedroom 1. The driveway is accessible via a public road with a normal car, there is currently one parking space (plus garage) available, and a further parking space could be created by cutting back the plants.
In the quiet village of Santo Domingo, which is within walking distance, you can relax in the plaza, enjoy a meal in the neighbouring cafés or restaurants, visit the 16th century village church or use the village square as a starting point for your hike to the dragon trees. There are also shopping facilities directly in the village. Below the village lies the Puerto de Garafía, with a spectacular view of the wildly romantic cliffs and a small beach that can only be reached on foot.
