The finca is located in a very quiet residential area in the lower village of Las Manchas. It consists of an old Canarian house that has been extended several times. Although the Canarian roof trusses are in usable condition, they were unfortunately re-roofed without expertise, so that they need to be re-roofed. The main house has a loggia with a large strip of windows to the west, which should probably be completely dismantled and rebuilt. This is adjoined on one side by a large terrace with an Atlantic view, under which there is a water tank. On the other side, there is a living room and a library as well as a bedroom and a kitchen, which currently get wet during heavy rainfall. The bathroom is accessed via a sheltered, partially covered inner courtyard. Next to the patio is an external bedroom and study, which is dry and easily habitable. The garden of around 2900 m² is well grown in and well laid out with garden paths and terrace walls. The old trees and palm trees provide good shade.
The finca is easily accessible by car via a public, asphalted side road and is connected to the public electricity and water supply.
