The two lower terraces are used as kitchen gardens and can still accommodate many fruit trees and a vegetable garden for self-sufficiency.
Access is via a well-paved side road and a somewhat steep but concreted driveway on its own plot. The grounds are fully fenced and protected by a remote-controlled electric gate.
