The building plot is located below the village of La Laguna on the edge of the lava flow. During the volcanic eruption in autumn 2021, the plot was buried by the lava. There was a small apartment complex on it, which was very well rented out. The location is very good both for tourist use and for living, in the immediate vicinity there are several tourist and residential properties that were spared by the volcanic eruption and enjoy great popularity.
The plot is qualified as building land in the sense of the rural settlement area and may be built on with a residential house of a maximum floor area of 242 m². Tourist use is also eligible for authorisation.
The access road is still completely intact, as is the entrance to the property and a former water tank, although its condition has not yet been investigated. Of course, part of the lava would have to be levelled to create a flat building area - but this effort will be rewarded with a fantastic sea view and, of course, the favourable price at which this building plot is being offered.
