The house is approved as a bodega (weekend or holiday house) and almost completed. It was built from hand-hewn blue basalt in double-layered construction and has a kitchen-living room, a bedroom (both with fantastic sea views) and a daylight bathroom with shower. It is situated freestanding on a hill and has a fantastic 360° sea and mountain view. Also the view to the south is almost completely free and all around there are only a few buildings at a great distance, so that it is particularly suitable for astronomical observations at an altitude of approx. 1.320 meters above normal zero.
The house might also be extended with a tourist building permit. There would be altogether 10 tourist beds with up to 350 m ² surface area permitable, an entry as a dwelling house for the main residence is not possible however.
The property is well attainable over an asphalted side street also with normal passenger car, it is connected to the water supply. The electricity connection and the installation in the house are prepared, at the moment we unfortunately cannot say when the connection is possible, because the lines and transformers have been installed, but due to an error in the installation of the electricity supplier have not yet been put into operation. Alternatively, it would be possible to use a photovoltaic system to supply electricity.
The property is terraced and planted with wine.
