The villa, which was completed in 2007, is located at 380 m above sea level in the very authentic and quiet north-west of the island in a unique natural landscape. According to this the house was aligned to the unique panoramic view of the sea and the mountains and designed and built according to Northern European standards. A very modern design with a lot of Canarian quotations was placed, so that the house fits very well into the landscape and also has a successful combination of Canarian with modern styling elements. The approximately 30 cm thick cladding with hand-crafted blue-basalt gives the villa not only the country-like appearance, but forms on the weather side a completely maintenance-free facade, which also works as a classic temperature storage and thus the climate control of the building almost completely. The Canarian style also serves as an air-conditioning with each of the hipped roofs of every building, which offer enough room at 3,80 m eaves and 5 m ridge height for the warm air in summer, so that the room temperature stays pleasant even on the few really hot summers without the need of an air conditioning. For the same purpose are the classic, "contraventanas" solid wood logs are used on every window wing, which prevent the sunshine, so that the sleeping areas in the summer evening sun do not heat up and you can sleep well, which of course also benefits lat riser. The Canarian exposed wooden loungers have also been modernized to a long-lasting and low-maintenance construction. Thus, they resemble the Canarian hay roofs from the inside, but from the outside they have been grouped together to form few units so that there is no need for maintenance-intensive ducts between the roof trusses and at the same time between the doble roofs a loft is created which serves as a walk-on store and as a further temperature compensator. You enter the house via a roofed terrace and reach a small hallway with staircase. On both sides you will find in each one a living room - on the south side very generously designed for the home owner and on the north side in another eat-in kitchen for family guests, which also has a separate entrance to the outside. A guest toilet completes the living area on the ground floor.
On the upper floor are the three bedrooms, two of them are very generously designed and can also to be seen as full-fledged living areas. Both are connected by a corridor and also with a large balcony in Canary style. The third bedroom is still very spacious for Canarian relation and can also serve as an office or workroom. All rooms have sea and garden views of the finest. The upper floor also houses two daylight bathrooms with shower / bath tube. Plenty of carpets made by the carpenter also take up an extensive wardrobe and other things.
The floor were partly made of solid hardwood and hard-wearing Canadian cherry, the canarian wooden roofs of the upper floor also made of very durable Morera wood, the walls of Termoacilla (comparable poroton brick) and partial natural stone.
The garden has already grown very well and is planted with about 1.000 fruit and ornamental trees as well as palm trees, which are irrigated automatically (where necessary). It is also home to the 6 x 3,6 m swimming pool, built in 2014, which has a wooden deck as a sun terrace, is operated with salt water and can be heated up to 30 ° C, as well as a carport, a usable cave and two water tanks for the garden irrigation.
The house is, of course, connected to the public electricity network (40A) and has urban water and rented water share. The heating of the domestic hot water goes by  solar with electrical support, heating (if necessary) via a wood stove and electric floor heating. SAT TV is installed, internet via 3G connection with up to 12 MMbit possible. A three-chamber sewage treatment plant with a subsequent septic tank (pozo negro) has been installed for La Palma unusual.

Very quiet with fantastic sea views at only 385 m altitude at the edge of Cueva del Agua. Distance to the nearest restaurants in El Castillo approx. 4 km, distance to Las Tricias with few shopping possibilities approx. 6 km, to Puntagorda with all shopping and school possibilities approx. 13 km, to the sand beach and marina of Tazacorte approx. 37 km, to Los Llanos about 40 km, to the international airport about 66 km and to the nearest nuclear power station about 1.660 km.
