This stately villa of the Wilhelminian time is located above La Laguna near the Cruz Chica. The park-like plot with ancient trees and palm trees still houses a separate guest house in Canarian style, which has been restored very soulful and stylishly and an outdoor kitchen with a large, partially covered sun terrace, a garage and a large water tank for the kitchen garden.
The main house has been restored facsimile and shows still the classic Spanish tiles (baldosas hidráulicas) in all rooms of the living area and delights with the spacious, light-filled living room, which strongly commemorates of the Asturian architecture. Next to the living room, it houses a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a very large utility room which could be redeveloped, if necessary, to a further bedroom, such as a conservatory. In the semi- basement is a workshop and a storage room, upstairs is a large roof terrace.
 
This guest house in classic Canarian style was built of natural stone and shines with his tea-wood roof truss and the more simple Spanish tiles comforting coziness. It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
 
For having nice barbeques and tranquil sunsets a very large outdoor kitchen was built, which was protected by a Canary roof in monk - nun - coverage and historical bricks and offers in all weather conditions plenty of space for great parties.
 
The outside areas were mainly paved with natural stone paths and terraces, in addition to bananas, mangos and citrus trees especially large Canary date palms grow here, as well as potatoes, so there are many possibilities for self-supporter.
A tourist rental license for the guest house is in progress.

Location
Quiet above La Laguna in climatically well balanced height. Distance to Los Llanos with all the shopping and school facilities less than 4 km, to the sandy beach with marina of Tazacorte 6,5 km, to the sandy beach of Puerto Naos approximately 7,5 km, to the international airport about 26 km and to the nearest nuclear power plant about 1660 km .
